# Auto Announcements

We’ve added a feature that allows group admins to create announcements and schedule automated posts on Telegram effortlessly, ensuring everyone stays informed! 👨‍💻

**Setup Guide**

1. **Initiate the Setup**:
   * Open the [MyPaalBot](https://t.me/mypaalbot) on Telegram.
   * Type `/setup` to begin the setup process.
2. **Access the Announcement Feature**:
   * From the main menu, select **Create & Manage AI Bots**.
   * Choose **Add new** under the **Create announcement messages for this AI bot to post in groups it’s a member of** section.
3. **Name Your Announcement**:
   * Enter a name for your announcement. Note: The name cannot start with a period (.) or contain a backslash ().
4. **Craft Your Message**:
   * Type the announcement message you want the AI bot to post. Ensure it is clear and concise.
   * You can add GIFs or other media by following the prompts.
5. **Schedule Your Announcement**:
   * Enter the start date and time for the announcement in Eastern Standard Time (EST). Use one of the following formats:
     * `mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm`
     * Custom Text e.g., 'in 30 minutes', 'tomorrow at 4pm'.
6. **Set the Rhythm**:
   * Choose the time interval for posting the countdown message. Options include 2 hours, 4 hours, 8 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, hourly, or daily plans.
7. **Finalize and Save**:
   * Review the details of your announcement.
   * Confirm and save the setup. Your AI bot will now automatically post the announcement according to your schedule.
